Slow Ride Home are a psychedelic, stoner rock band from Kiev, Ukraine. They were founded in 2007 and currently appear to be on hiatus, though possibly may have disbanded permanently.

Slow Ride Home was formed in December 2007 by Sasha and Dima, guitarist and bassist respectively, of the disbanded group August 6, 1945 in Kiev, Ukraine. After a successful first live show, the group recorded their first release, Slow Ride Home EP, which was released in April 2008. Shortly afterwards, the band went on a short hiatus.

In 2009, Slow Ride Home came out of hiatus with a rigid line-up of Sasha, Dima, Lusya on drums and Valery on guitar. In the summer of 2010 they recorded their second EP The Great Southern Supercluster. This was released the next month. Their last release was the live album, Live at Robustfest, which was released in September 2011. The band shortly afterwards ceased playing, but it is unclear as to whether this is a hiatus or the band has disbanded permanently.
