Monte Resina is an instrumental rock band from Brazil.

HistoryEdit

The band started its activities in late 2010, when guitarist Paulo and bassist Cainã began experimenting sonorities influenced by stoner rock, alternative metal.

Since then, the group has gone through some changes and has established itself as an instrumental trio in 2014, the same year in which released their debut EP. Produced totally independently, the album was recorded, mixed and mastered by Paulo Douglas in his room.

The power trio, currently with Leandro (former Forsik) on drums, remains doing live performances, having played alongside relevant names of the stoner scene, as Truckfighters, Radio Moscow and The Flying Eyes.

Presently, the band is producing their first full-length.
